1) What is your job title?
Market Representative, Cambria USA

2) What do you love about remodeling?
Remodeling is one of the most exciting segments I get to be part of because it’s where vision truly meets transformation. It’s incredibly rewarding to see our industry partners reimagine a space that no longer serves the homeowner and thoughtfully align it with how they live—through intentional design, craftsmanship, and collaboration. I especially love when Cambria can be part of that transformation, pairing timeless design with exceptional quality, performance, and consistency that homeowners can trust for years to come.

3) Why is it important for women to be a part of the industry?
I believe it’s incredibly important for women to be part of the building industry for many reasons. When women are active in architecture, construction, design, and the skilled trades, it expands opportunities for the next generation and strengthens the industry as a whole.

Homes are deeply personal spaces, and having multiple voices at the table enhances collaboration and brings projects to life in more thoughtful ways. Women also influence a significant portion of purchasing and design decisions in residential construction. When women are represented in contracting roles, leadership, sales, design, project management, and the trades, it creates stronger alignment between those making decisions and those being served.

Ultimately, greater representation leads to better collaboration, better business, and better-built spaces.
