General Description
The Showroom Manager is accountable for all things related to the Minnesota showroom. The overall responsibilities include managing a local luxury appliance showroom operation, Showroom Consultants, and marketing activities to ensure maximum productivity to convert leads into sales. The Showroom Manager executes and oversees marketing/sales events and programs.
Specific Job Duties
- Develop and maintain local partnerships to increase lead generation
- Manage client quotes until they convert to sales
- Assist showroom consultants with clients and visitors
- Hire, train, coach and manage a productive showroom sales staff
- Communicate client quote information between the showroom, vice president, outside
sales, marketing, and clients
- Track and report on showroom client quotes
- Schedule showroom staff in conjunction with regional activities
- Purchase and manage showroom, sales, and marketing supplies
Skills/Qualifications
- Four-year college degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office productivity software - CRM experience desired
- Sales experience required
- Sales management experience preferred
- Scheduling flexibility to include some Saturdays and some evenings
- Self-starter, works independent of supervision and able to manage multiple projects and
priorities
- Appliance or home building industry experience preferred
