Membership Information
Eligibility for NARI of MN membership requires that the company applicant be in business for one full year prior to application, actively engaged in the remodeling industry, and agree to abide by the NARI Code of Ethics.
In considering your application NARI of MN will verify your business license and contractors license (if applicable), and perform a company background check.
Membership is $795.00 per year for the company. All individuals in the company are considered members. All dues-paying members are part of the local chapter and NARI National. All applications for membership must meet eligibility requirements and if approved, this application fee will also include a $50* filing fee (one-time).
If your business headquarters is in Greater Minnesota (outside of the seven-county metro) dues are $645.
A portion of all dues goes to NARI National Dues ($285.00).
*February 1, 2026 through March 19, 2026 - the $50 filing fee will be waived for our membership drive.

Contractor
A company whose primary function relates directly to residential remodeling. This includes general contractors, specialty contractors, handyman services, etc. Membership status and benefits are bestowed on all employees of the company.
*Requires an Active/Compliant Minnesota or Wisconsin Residential/General Contractor or Specialty Contractor License, as applicable.
Associate
Trade subcontractors, manufacturers, suppliers, vendors, service providers, publishers, distributors, financial institutions, and other companies with an interest in the remodeling industry. Membership status and benefits are bestowed on all employees of the company.
