NARI of MN Members,

At NARI of Minnesota, we don’t just talk about excellence, we put it on display.

The Remodeler of the Year (RotY) and Pillar Awards are how we do that. They recognize the projects, teams, and partnerships that truly raise the bar in craftsmanship, innovation, and professionalism.

And it matters.

When homeowners see RotY-winning work or Pillar-recognized partners, it builds immediate trust. It tells them they’re working with professionals who are serious about quality, ethics, and getting it right. For our members, that recognition isn’t just a plaque—it strengthens your brand, energizes your team, and helps attract the kind of talent that wants to be part of something excellent.

So here’s the ask - get involved.

Submit a RotY project. Nominate a trade partner for a Pillar Award. Encourage someone on your team to take that step. Every submission helps tell the story of why NARI MN members lead this industry.

RotY submissions open July 6 and close September 4.

• Secure homeowner and photographer releases
• Capture strong “before” photos
• Gather your trade partner details

We’ve also got a “How to Submit a RotY” video and FAQs on the website to make the process straightforward.

I’m looking forward to seeing the work this group brings forward this year. It’s always impressive—and it’s exactly what keeps pushing our industry ahead.
