Better Futures Minnesota offers Deconstruction Services as the environmentally-more-friendly alternative to traditional demolition. 75%-85% of building materials can be reused (15-25%) or recycled, keeping stuff out of landfills. Clients may see a tax deduction from the donation of harvested materials to the nonprofit, and early planning keeps everything on schedule. We provide second-chance workforce development to justice-involved or formerly homeless men. Other business lines include janitorial, property maintenance and appliance recycling, as well as the sale of harvested used building materials at our Reuse Warehouse Store at 2620 Minnehaha Ave. in south Minneapolis.
