Heidi Preslicka is a closet designer, marketing manager, and creative entrepreneur currently bringing her passion for organization, sales, and customer service to life through her work at Perfection Custom Closets. At Perfection, she creates tailored storage solutions that blend functionality with style, drawing on her strengths in communication, problem-solving, and process efficiency.

With over two decades of diverse experience in sales, marketing, bookkeeping, and business operations, Heidi has been a driving force behind several successful ventures. She began her entrepreneurial journey with Preslicka Studio, where she developed systems to streamline project management and financial operations—enabling her business partner to focus on creative work. She brought these same strengths to The Big Picture Murals, leading project management, billing, and marketing efforts for large-scale public art installations.

As co-founder of HG Game Worx, Heidi played a central role in bringing unique, family-friendly games to market—overseeing pitch development, sales, licensing negotiations, and company communications.

Across all of her work, Heidi is known for her ability to optimize systems, support creative teams, and guide projects from concept to completion. She holds a B.A. in Marketing Management with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship from the University of St. Thomas.
